The hotel is conveniently located across from the university.
During my stay, I found the breakfast selection to be quite limited, with only instant oatmeal and just a couple of fruits available. The parking situation was frustrating, as I was informed that only one vehicle was allowed per room, causing an inconvenience for my family who had to find alternative parking. Additionally, I was disappointed with the early check-out time of 11 AM and the dismissive response when we requested a later check-out.

cobblestone was a delightful stay! we enjoyed the nice variety of breakfast each morning. The free coffee was a great perk. the fitness center was convenient, ensuring we didn’t skip our workout. our king extended stay suite was incredibly comfortable, making our visit to see family near stout enjoyable.

Great location with room for improvement
The location was fantastic, right by the Stout clock tower, giving us a lovely view from the 3rd floor. The breakfast had a nice variety each morning, which was a big hit with my family. However, I was disappointed that some of the dishes in the kitchenette were dirty when we arrived, which made things a bit less pleasant. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but would suggest better cleanliness in the kitchenette area.

absolutely not impressed with my stay. the parking policies forced my family to park on the street, and don’t even get me started on the early check-out of 11 am. i mean, a more reasonable request for noon check-out just resulted in a rude 'no'. a free breakfast would’ve been nice too, but who could even enjoy it?
